Parental Consent Form
This is to notify you that I consent to to my son/daughter’s attendance and participation in the Young Professional Conference event held by JOSBEN International Business School at the Ibom Hall grounds on August 17, 2024.
I have examined the benefits that my son/daughter will receive from participating in this activity, with the knowledge that all precautions will be taken to ensure his/her safety. I shall not hold any staff responsible for any unexpected accident that may happen during the said activity and is beyond their control.
